(PFQ), has been providing support to people with intellectual and social challenges for over three decades.  We are firmly grounded in the belief that all people have the potential for growth, and we assist by helping each person to discover and realize that potential in order to experience a more fulfilling life.

We are a private, non-profit organization, and are accredited by The Council on Quality and Leadership (CQL) and The Council on Accreditation (COA).

Partners For Quality, Inc.'s four subsidiaries are: Allegheny Children's Initiative, Inc., Citizen Care, Inc., Lifeways Inc. d/b/a Exceptional Adventures and Partners For Quality Foundation, Inc., Inc..  Consistent with the Agency's Mission, each subsidiary supports people by providing services that promote choice, personal satisfaction and the realization of each individual's  hopes and dreams.
