Citizen Care, Inc. provides community-based, residential support to people with a primary mission of assuring that each person is provided with the services and supports needed to realize his or her dreams. The Agency supports people in becoming valued members of their communities by facilitating a normal lifestyle for each person and providing the opportunities and environments that encourage maximum independence.

Personal management skills are developed through a wide range of formal services including cooking, shopping, hygiene, laundry, safety, rights and health. Such support is augmented through the use of generic community resources such as civic, leisure, recreation, health, public transportation and faith-based services. Additionally, people are enrolled in numerous adult education classes and special interest clubs.
