Gifts of Remembrance are an excellent way to acknowledge special occasions in the lives of loved ones, friends or even customers.  Instead of presents, tribute gifts can be used to celebrate birthdays, holidays, graduations, anniversaries or any other significant life events.  Memorial gifts are a very special way to honor the memory of a deceased friend, relative or colleague while conveying your sympathy to the family on the loss of their loved one.

How to make a Gift of Remembrance:

Simply send your tax-deductible donation (any amount) payable to Partners For Quality Foundation, Inc. to the Foundation office.

For Tribute Gifts, please remember to enclose a note indicating the name and address of the honoree and the type of occasion for which you want to pay tribute.

For Memorial Gifts, please enclose a note indicating the name of the deceased, and the name and address of the person to be notified.  

The Foundation will send a congratulatory letter to the honoree, or a sympathy letter to the family of the deceased informing them of your donation.  You will also receive an acknowledgement.  Tribute and Memorial Gifts will be acknowledged in the next edition of the Agency's newsletter.
